Adapted Cancellation Policy
In order to give you more flexibility this winter 2022/23, we adjusted our terms for free cancellation for the entire winter season:
- cancellation up to 1 month due to arrival: free of charge
- up to 14 days due to arrival: 50% of the total room rate
- up to 7 days due to arrival: 70% of the total room rate
- less 7 days due to arrival: 100% of the total room rate
- No-shows, late or early departures will be charged 100 % of the total room rate.
Exception: If something changes reg. the COVID 19 situation like for example:
- Border Shut-Down to Austria
- Shut-Down of our Apartment house
In these cases you can cancel your visit with us of course free of charge and short-term. And also Apart Andrea is able to cancel any bookings in short-term!
In all other situations the room reservations are subject to the >> Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations.
General Cancellation Insurance including Covid-19
Corona is not making life easy for us right now. To enable you to plan and book your holiday without worries, we recommend taking a good cancellation insurance. We recommend the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

What’s the point of insurance?
According to the insurance company, you will get your money back if you cannot go on/start your holiday or have to cancel your holiday because…
- you have been found to have an elevated temperature measured, even if a later test result is negative, or you have tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms;
- you show COVID-19 symptoms;
- a close relative or a person living in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and your urgent presence is required;
- a close relative in the shared household has contracted COVID-19 and you must therefore be quarantined.
In all these cases the insurance company would reimburse you for the hotel costs.
