Appart Andrea in the heart of Lech offers a unique vacation experience with beautifully appointed living spaces that are close to private homes, featuring flat screen televisions, hair dryers and dishwashers in every Apartment; some units have a microwave. There is complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the property.  Bread delivery are available.

Rates are per night and exclusive guest tax, including a underground parking at Tiefgarage Anger (one vehicle per Apartment, except one person apartment nr. 7 – here only on request and availability), housekeeping services (twice a week and not the kitchen) and the final cleaning fee. All bed, bath, and table linen are provided. Guests have full use of the sauna baths on premises from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  (the sauna will be closed on Saturdays).

All Cancellation Conditions and information for your winter vacation:

  • cancellation up to 3 month (90 days) due to arrival: free of charge
  • up to 1 month due to arrival: 40% of the total room rate
  • up to 7 days due to arrival: 70% of the total room rate
  • less 7 days due to arrival: 100% of the total room rate

In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking (total rate) will be charged if the rooms/apartments cannot be re-rented!
